A note about Starter: Curated

We're invested in your search actually working. If after one month you've said yes to both profiles but haven't received a yes back, we'll reach out to check in. This is also the case if we keep sending you profiles that you have said no to. This may be a signal that Starter: Pre-Vetted or Premium/VIP might be a better fit. In Starter: Pre-Vetted, we do the outreach first and only bring you profiles from people who have already expressed interest. In Premium/VIP, we only send you pre-vetted profiles, go outside of our database, and do a more specific search for you. If something isn't working, we'll tell you honestly and talk through your options.

A note about Starter: Pre-Vetted

Starter: Pre-Vetted works best when our pool has the right candidates for you. If after one month of active sourcing we've reached out to 5 people on your behalf and haven't been able to secure a yes, or if your search requires us to go outside our database entirely, we'll come to you with that honestly. At that point we'll recommend upgrading to Premium or VIP — where our matchmaker sources beyond the pool through outside of our database and through community networks. You'll always hear from us before any change happens, and remaining package credit applies toward your VIP package.
